'Polkadots & Moonbeams'

This is a classic tune. The lyrics are unusual and the story is about about a man who meets a 'pug nosed' girl at a garden dance. They later get married and no doubt have lots of 'pug nosed' children.

Derek Harrison

Petite Fleur

Jeff plays a tune written by Sidney Bechet. But it was the Monty Sunshine version recorded when he was with the Chris Barber band which hit the 'pop charts'. "This is my version. I hope it does credit to the composer and great musicians who have played this over the years."

Kansas City Man Blues

Here is a great blues tune from the Jazz Age composed by Clarence Williams and released in November 1923 as a recording by 'Clarence Williams Blue Five'.

Here, Jeff has recreated the tune as a 'solo' piece.

As the first news of the vaccine success started to emerge I decided to celebrate a possible new beginning for us all.

A Closer Walk With Thee

Here is a classic New Orleans tune which is also featured in the James Bond Movie, 'Dr No'. Here is a band put together by the drummer - the late Len Davies. We were ready to start an outside concert and the heavens opened on us. we quickly put this together in a nearby church kindly offered to us by a local vicar.
